Quantity take-off for five high-rise residential towers and a shared two-to-three-level basement of around 31,000 m². Deliverables included a design review report, take-off sheets, bills of quantities and marked-up CAD, issued in bilingual English–Russian format and prepared to local regulations and Chinese design codes, with a committed tolerance of ±10%.
